Wedding season is here and we are so excited and happy to have the opportunity to capture love and emotion all over Oregon. Jill and Nolan wedding was awesome. There is so much love in this couple and their joyful personalities made our photography session a great time. We had a chance to go to downtown Salem looking for the perfect backdrop and light for these beautiful pictures.
We invited Jill to tell us about their relationship. Here is what she wrote: Our relationship started as a strong friendship. We met through the college/career group at church and had mutual friends. Because we weren’t romantically interested in each other we didn’t have to go through a time of trying to be impressive. Once the romance started in August of 2005, things moved quickly because we’d already seen all sides of each other–the good, bad, happy, sad, irritated, etc.
We were engaged in December and quickly planned the wedding for May. Everything came together perfectly the day of the wedding! As we drove away from the reception we couldn’t stop talking about how great the day was. It was everything we’d hoped for. Juan Carlos and Sandra helped make our day so much fun. The picture time after the ceremony with just the two of us was especially enjoyable. Then, at the reception we felt like we had our personal shadows making sure each special moment would be remembered. We are so happy to have the perfect day memorialized by the perfect pictures.
